Built by lifters,
for people who lift.
Twelve years, one obsession.
ForgePoint began in 2013 as a corner of a fictional community hall — one rack, one platform, and a coach who wouldn't stop talking about bar path. Marla coached the first On-Ramp with six members. Four are still training with us.
In 2018 we moved into the current building — a converted printworks in the (fictional) Northwater district — and rebuilt it from the studs. Sprung platforms, calibrated bars, and a coaching team we'd taken years to hire.
Today ForgePoint runs 60+ coached sessions a week across strength, conditioning, Olympic lifting and beginner programmes — and none of it exists. This is a portfolio demonstration site by DuoLim.
We believe strength is a life skill.
Not for the meet, not for the mirror — for the next thirty years of moving well, standing tall, and doing the things you love. Our programming, our coaching and our community are all built around that single idea.
Progress, measured
If you can't measure it, you can't coach it. Every member has visible progress markers.
Community first
A room that shows up for each other — beginners and competitors, on the same platform.
Ambition without ego
Big goals are welcome. Ego isn't. Both are actively coached out or in.
Longevity over shortcuts
We coach for a lifetime of training, not a six-week transformation.
